Right of withdrawal

In accordance with the European consumer protection regulations effective from June 19, 2026, consumers residing in the European Union have a statutory Right of Withdrawal.

If you are a consumer residing in the European Union, you have the right to withdraw from this purchase contract within 14 days without giving any reason.

The withdrawal period will expire 14 days after the day on which you, or a third party designated by you (other than the carrier), acquires physical possession of the goods.

To comply with these regulations, we provide an online withdrawal request form that can be submitted without creating or logging into an account. 

1. Before Submitting a Withdrawal Request

If you receive a package that is damaged, defective, or has any other issue, we kindly encourage you to contact us first.

Our professional customer service and technical support teams are committed to providing high-quality after-sales assistance and will do our best to resolve any problems quickly and satisfactorily. In many cases, we can offer replacement parts, technical guidance, repairs, or other suitable solutions to help you enjoy your product as intended.

2. Return of Goods

After submitting your withdrawal request, you must return the goods without undue delay and no later than 14 days after notifying us of your withdrawal.

The goods should be returned in their original condition and packaging whenever reasonably possible.

3.  Refunds

Once we receive the returned goods, or receive evidence that the goods have been shipped back, we will process your refund within 14 days.

4.Exceptions to the Right of Withdrawal

The right of withdrawal does not apply to:

Goods made to the consumer's specifications
Clearly personalized or customized products
Digital content that has already begun downloading or streaming with the customer's consent
Other products excluded under applicable EU consumer protection laws.
Important Notice for Customized RC Models

Many of our products are customized, built-to-order, or assembled according to customer specifications. Such products may be exempt from the statutory right of withdrawal under applicable EU consumer protection legislation.
